Description
Parsons is a large, contemporary self-catering house and is ideal for either holiday or business rental. It has three bedrooms, all en-suite, and a big open plan kitchen / lounge area.
One of the bedrooms, with its own en-suite bathroom, is on the ground floor, making Parsons very accessible for those with limited mobility.
The kitchen is equipped for ten and includes a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and microwave.
Parsons benefits from a sunroom dining area. The room has a lockable divider leading through to Sherwin, so the two houses can be opened up to create one large dining room. The divider also provides internal access for groups renting both properties. If you are staying in Parsons on business the sunroom, with its spacious table, is a useful office space or meeting room.

Additional Facilities
Cots, high chairs and stair gates are available on request. Newspapers, milk and groceries can be provided by arrangement. There is a well equipped Laundry room for the use of guests. Here you will also find a payphone and a selection of locally made jams, marmalades, honeys and chutneys for purchase.
From April to September there is a free nine hole putting green and throughout the year guests can enjoy the scenery, using the tracks around the farm’s fields. At the centre of the main group of cottages is a folly that can be used as a sheltered outside eating area.
