Sherwin is a large contemporary house, perfect for those wanting a comfortable and spacious self-catering property for business or holiday. It has three bedrooms, all en-suite, and an open-plan kitchen / lounge.
One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and has a generously sized en-suite, including a wet-room shower. This makes Sherwin very suitable for those needing wheelchair accessibility.
The spacious kitchen is equipped for ten and includes dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and microwave.
Sherwin has a sunroom dining area, with a lockable divider through to Parsons, which can be opened up. This creates one big dining room for anyone renting both properties. It is also allows groups letting both Sherwin and Parsons to move between them without going outside. If you are visiting on business the sunroom also makes a great workroom, meeting space or office.

Additional Facilities
Cots, high chairs and stair gates are available on request. Newspapers, milk and groceries can be provided by arrangement. There is a well equipped Laundry room for the use of guests. Here you will also find a payphone and a selection of locally made jams, marmalades, honeys and chutneys for purchase.
From April to September there is a free nine hole putting green and throughout the year guests can enjoy the scenery, using the tracks around the farm’s fields. At the centre of the main group of cottages is a folly that can be used as a sheltered outside eating area.
