Hipsley Farm Cottages

Dugdale, Drayton and Wainwright
Hipsley Farm Cottages are ten beautifully converted cottages owned and run by Ann and Richard Prosser.
Back in the 1950s Hipsley Farm was a small mixed farm, with dairy facilities, owned by Richard's father. By 1988 the cowshed was no longer in use and had become a storeroom for vintage tractors. When these were eventually moved on, in the 1990s, Richard and Ann decided to make better use of the space by converting the barns to the cottages seen today.

from inauspicious beginnings...

with a good helping of optimism

and a lot of hard work

to the cottages as they are today
